Denali’s Plant Manager, Miranda Martens, was just named as one of the Milwaukee BizTimes Notable Women in Manufacturing. We are delighted to have Miranda recognized for her tremendous commitment to the success of Denali, and most importantly, the wellbeing of its team members. She has been in the manufacturing industry for over 12 years, and over the course of her career, she has held various positions at Denali, including Quality Control Supervisor and Production Manager, before being named to her current leadership role in 2019.
According to Vice President of Operations, Robb Hinn, “Miranda is a servant leader that has developed a solid team by mentoring and practicing an inclusive leadership style. She is an outspoken proponent of the coaching method of leadership that focuses on collaboration and engagement as well as feedback and learning. Her personal commitment to developing coaches on her team has led to overall improved team performance and competency. We are very proud of Miranda and her contributions to Denali.”
