Blogger Day is celebrated annually on August 5 to recognize the impact that blog posts have had in the digital ecosystem. Blog posts encourage self-expression, information sharing, and digital communities.
Earlier this year, Denali Ingredients made the decision to dedicate more time to its blog posts. Not only was this an opportunity to share more information with customers, but also a way to connect with customers on a more personal level.
“Business can been seen as transactional from an outside perspective, but I believe that our blog posts remind our customers that there are many voices and personalities behind the scenes,” said Megan Slaven, Marketing Administrator. “When customers recognize and relate to those voices and personalities, it helps build and strengthen our connections.”
While the work that Denali Ingredients does on a day-to-day basis is very focused around ingredients, the blog posts give an opportunity to go down different paths of conversation.
