Whether it’s anxiety, finances, grief, addictions, or family issues, our Care Coach is there for an employee as much as they wish to help them through! Our Care Coach has become a true friend to many of our employees.”
If an employee doesn’t feel comfortable talking face-to-face with a Care Coach, text and voice chat are also options. With this being a voluntary resource, employees can have conversations about whatever they feel comfortable with, knowing that the option for assistance is there if needed.
