Denali maintains the following certifications and food standards:
Certifications
SQF Certification
All Denali Ingredients food facilities are certified to Safe Quality Foods (SQF), a GFSI-recognized audit scheme that ensures that we meet or exceed globally accepted standards. In addition, our manufacturing facilities are audited and licensed by the Wisconsin DATCP. Customer audits are welcome, but they must be scheduled in advance.
Kosher
Under the supervision of Circle K rabbinical service, Denali Ingredients provides Kosher certification for most of the products manufactured in production. Products that are made as samples in our R&D lab are not certified. Our labs do not undergo supervision of Circle K rabbinical service and are not audited, and thus cannot provide a Kosher certificate.
Gluten
Denali Ingredients will work with our customers if they would like their products to be gluten free certified per GFCO. Gluten-free products are declared per current requirements per 21 CFR 101.91 Gluten-Free Labeling of Foods and Guidance for Industry.
Organic
Denali ingredients can provide a list of products that are certified Organic per 7 CFR 205 by QAI.
RSPO
Products that are certified as RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil): Module C: Mass Balance; Module F: Multisite, are managed on-site.
Fair Trade
Upon request, we can supply products that are Fairtrade.
Food Standards
Position on Bioengineered Foods
All products are labeled according to 7 CFR 66, which is defined as whether or not the product contains detectable modified genetic material. None of our products are Non-GMO Project Verified; however, upon request, we can formulate products that are Non-GMO Project Certifiable. Additionally, we can formulate ingredients that do not trigger BE labelling.
Vegan and Vegetarian
Upon request, we can supply products that are either vegetarian or vegan suitable.
Halal
Upon request, we can supply products that are Halal suitable. Our facilities are not certified according to the Islamic requirements per the Islamic Food and Nutrition Council of America (IFANCA).
