More cookie dough, please! It’s the trend that just continues to grow, from cartons of ice cream loaded with two different types of doughs or bits, to snackable pouched cookie dough. Denali manufactures over 100 different types of doughs and bits, not just chocolate chip cookie dough! Some of our best-selling products include extruded brownie bits, sticky bun dough, peanut butter cookie dough, and sugar cookie dough. We have formulations for frozen applications, as well as ready-to-eat snackable dough, shelf-stable, and refrigerated.

Our product sizing ranges from as small as 5mm to as large as a 2” extruded puck. We can also create doughs with fun shapes, like a triangle, star, and more. Denali also has the capability to blend mix-ins, such as a cookie dough and flake blend, or a blend of two cookie doughs. The sky is the limit!
